Night in the Alps: Raclette Class
In French ‘to scrape’ translates to ‘racler’ and this is where the term Raclette comes from.
It’s history goes back to Swiss shepherds from the French speaking Valais region. They needed to bring food up to the Alps so they brought cheese and potatoes. This is an experience for TWO GUESTS. Each will have a raclette dish consisting of traditional potatoes, charcuterie, cornichons and pickled vegetables. This will be followed by our chocolate fondue as you dip sweet treats into your melty chocolate. All this plus a bottle of Swiss wine making it the perfect fall evening.
Ticket price is for TWO guests and it is for food and 20% gratuity for our staff.
