Participants will experience a high-level overview of the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS) and take a deep, interactive dive into the six key components outlined in Traction by Gino Wickman.

In addition, you’ll learn and practice real-world communication tools designed to help entrepreneurs navigate daily challenges with clarity and confidence.
