SUMMARY:The Play That Goes Wrong
DESCRIPTION:Hysterical and surprising\, The Play That Goes Wrong is a play-within-a-play that follows the calamitous misadventures of the Cornley University Drama Society as they attempt to stage their production of a 1920’s whodunnit called The Murder at Haversham Manor. It doesn’t take long for things to go from bad to utterly disastrous with madcap mishaps— cue doors sticking\, set decor coming apart\, floors collapsing\, an unconscious leading lady\, and actors being manhandled off stage. Part Monty Python\, part Sherlock Holmes\, this global phenomenon is sure to leave you aching with side splitting laughter. As the world literally falls in on itself\, will the actors make it to the final curtain call in one piece? \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPerformance Information\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRuntime 2 hours\, including a 15-minute intermission \nWarnings This production utilizes a prop gun\, gunshot sounds\, explosions\, collapses\, fires\, people and things falling down\, loud noises and sound effects\, and general mayhem from beginning to end \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nContent Advisory This production is full of unexpected surprises and contains mild language alcohol use\, drug use\, smoking\, stage violence (both accidental and intentional)\, sexual innuendos\, and one actor scantily-clad for much of the performance \nAge Recommendation: 8+ \nReserve your tickets today! \n\n \n Tickets!
