The Factory at Franklin Historic Walking Tour Poster

Join us for a walk through The Factory’s 93-year history here in Franklin!

During this transition period while renovations are ongoing, we’re offering two free walking tours of our campus each month. Join our staff historian on a stroll through The Factory’s halls and learn about our industrial past, the people who worked here, and the products they made, as well as how a former stove works turned bedding manufacturing plant came to be one of Franklin’s favorite landmarks. We’ll cover 9 decades of history in 45 minutes while showing you some of the shops, restaurants, and events you can enjoy today!

This tour will split time between indoor and outdoor stops and will take place rain or shine. We advise you to wear comfortable walking shoes and dress accordingly for the weather. Free tours will take place on the first and third Friday of each month at 10:30 AM.

Reserve your tickets here. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in with your guide at The Skylight, located in The Grand Hall.

For questions or private reservations, please reach out to Carris at 615-791-1777 or ccampbell@holladayproperties.com.
