2010 Rental Rates
A deposit of $500 will hold a preferred location and the amount will be applied to your rental fee. It is refundable up to 90 days prior to the event. A $200 clean-up deposit is required on all rentals.

Tables & Chairs Rental Rates
At The Factory you may use any caterer you wish and lease the space for the entire day with no hourly stipulations. However, we do encourage using our onsite catering options. Our new policy is that tables are $5 each and chairs are $1 each. If a Factory caterer is selected for an event, there will be up to a $300 credit issued toward your table and chair rental costs. If your table and chair rental cost is less than $300, you will be refunded the cost of tables and chairs only.

Lift Equipment for Decorating
Lift may be used before and after event with total time no more than 4 hours to receive the half-day rate. The Factory staff reserves the right to use the lift in the event of an emergency during a Client's rental period. $200 all-day rate or $100 half-day rate (4 hours or less)
